Meter Reimbursement Forms

To apply for the Meter Reimbursement Program, fill out the Meter Reimbursement Program Application, print and sign it, and return to permitting@northplainsgcd.org.

Remember, as of March 1, 2025, all meters you seek reimbursement for MUST also have a Meter Change Form filled out and turned in with the application.
