INVITATION FOR SEALED BID

North Plains Groundwater Conservation District is soliciting bids for an    AS-IS 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe with approximately 297,000 miles. Specific vehicle questions may be submitted to Odell Ward via email  oward@northplainsgcd.org. He will answer any questions about the vehicle to the best of his ability.

All bids must be sealed and must be delivered to Kristen Blackwell during normal business hours Monday – Friday 8AM-12PM and 1PM-5PM at    603 E. 1^st Street, Dumas TX 79029 between the days of Monday May 2^nd through Friday May 13^th, 2022. Bids must be in a sealed envelope titled TAHOE and the form inside must be written in permanent ink the dollar amount you wish to bid, name, and telephone number to be accepted. Forms and envelopes are available at the front desk.

The bid process will close on Friday May 13^th at 5:00PM. If a bidder who wins is under the age of 18, a parent must be present to take the vehicle. The bidder with the highest bid will be notified Friday May 13^th after 5:00PM. The winning bidder must pay for the vehicle at the bid price they specified no later than Friday May 20^thby either Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order only. After that date, the vehicle will go to the next highest bid.
